Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to boost employee engagement and workplace satisfaction
  • Lead programs that support collaboration, recognition, and innovative employee involvement
  • Gather and analyze employee feedback through surveys, focus groups, or informal channels to inform engagement initiatives
  • Partner with leadership and teams to promote transparent communication and inclusive practices
  • Coordinate events and activities that enhance team cohesion and morale
  • Monitor the effectiveness of engagement efforts and provide reports with actionable insights
  • Support diversity and inclusion efforts, ensuring all voices are heard and valued
  • Manage relationships with external vendors or consultants related to employee experience programs
  • Facilitate training or workshops on engagement topics as needed to build skills and awareness
  • Stay informed of best practices and emerging trends in people engagement and employee experience

Required Qualifications
